Visit our camp and participate in the evening feeding session of our reindeer. The location is perfect for northern lights observation too!
Join our tour to get really close to reindeer! These gentle but curious creatures will come to eat from your hands and you will get plenty of time to interact with these magical beings. According to Saami people, the northern lights have a sound. Our camp is far away from the city lights and noise so it is the perfect spot to look out for the lights. The natural wonders can sometimes be predicted but never guaranteed. The lack of urban light pollution allows you to thoroughly enjoy the splendors of the night sky.
After the outdoor session you can enjoy a traditional hot Saami meal, see and learn about Saami artifacts and hear stories and joik (traditional Saami chanting). The camp is established and run by authentic Saami people with long reindeer herding traditions. By taking part in this evening excursion we hope you will be charmed by the fascinating reindeer - Our true hero in the Arctic.
